Dear KHS Families,
This past week concluded our state testing here at KHS. With that, we move on to our AP testing which begins tomorrow (5/6), and runs through Friday, May 17th. Students taking an AP test will be excused from their classes on that day. They are welcome to still attend classes, but are not expected to. The AP testing schedule is below.
This coming Thursday, 5/9, is the Upperclassman Academic Awards Dinner put on by the Kirtland Academic Boosters. If your child is receiving an award or scholarship, you would have received an email invitation with all the necessary information. The doors at St. Noels will open at 6:30pm, dinner starts at 7pm, and awards will begin being announced around 7:30pm.
On Thursday, 5/16, is the 9th and 10th Grade Academic Awards Luncheon put on by KAB. If your child is receiving an award, you should have received an email with an invitation and necessary information. Students who are attending will be bussed to and from St. Noels. The luncheon will begin approximately at 11 am.
This coming week is the final week for our seniors on campus attending classes before they begin their Senior Project and end of year activities. This will all culminate with the Commencement of the Class of 2024 on Sunday, May 26th at 3pm at the Mentor Performing Arts Center.
We are in the home stretch of the school year, let's finish strong!
